By accessing or using the Financial Wellness Platform (the “Platform”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Disclosures (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

The Platform is designed to provide educational resources, tools, and general financial information, including articles, calculators, and assessments, to support financial awareness and decision-making. The Platform is intended solely as an educational resource. 

3. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice 

All content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Users should consult qualified advisors before making financial decisions. 

4. No Client or Fiduciary Relationship 

Use of the Platform does not create any client, advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship. Advisory services are provided only pursuant to a separate written agreement.

Daybright Financial makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content. Tools and projections are illustrative and do not guarantee future results. 

6. No Compensation; No Conflicts of Interest 

The Financial Wellness Platform is provided by Daybright Financial at no cost to users and is intended solely as an educational resource. Daybright Financial does not receive any direct or indirect compensation in connection with a user’s access to or use of the Platform. Daybright Financial does not receive commissions, referral fees, or other remuneration tied to the content, tools, or resources made available through the Platform. Accordingly, there are no known or foreseeable conflicts of interest associated with the Platform or its content. 

7. Third-Party Content and Links 

The Platform may include third-party links. Daybright Financial is not responsible for third-party content or practices, and inclusion does not imply endorsement. 

8. Privacy & Data Use 

User information may be used to improve the Platform experience in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Daybright Financial does not collect, retain, or store any information entered by users into the Platform; however, this does not apply to anonymized or aggregated usage data, which may be collected for analytics, performance monitoring, and platform improvement purposes. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information unless specifically directed to a secure, designated environment.
